Rental Machine Wear Pattern
Heavy use 40-50 hours accelerates every failure. Home-use runs 10 hours yearly. Rental runs 50 hours in one week. Wear rate is 5x faster.
First to fail: Unloader valve (gets sticky from continuous cycles). Second: Spark plug (fouling). Third: Air filter (dust accumulation). Fourth: Hose connections (vibration loosens them).
Our Maintenance Routine
After Every Rental Return: Drain fuel, refill with fresh fuel and stabilizer. Run 5 minutes. Change engine oil (rental use burns oil faster). Inspect unloader valve (clean if sticky, $45). Test pump pressure (if below 3000 PSI, inspect inlet screen, $25). Check all quick couplers (replace if worn, $40-60). Inspect hose for cuts (replace if damaged, $300+).
Every Third Rental (Monthly): Replace spark plug. Clean air filter thoroughly. Flush pump inlet to remove sediment.

What We Expect From You
Use clean water only. Clean water = no pump cavitation. Release pressure before shutdown. Pressure release = smooth unloader. Don't run in extreme heat. Sun beating down + no shade = overheating. Wrap hose loosely. Tight coils damage hose. Return machine on time. Late returns mean we can't maintain properly.
