Returns & Store Credit
Many of the products we sell are commercial-grade equipment, replacement parts, specialty chemicals, and made-to-order items. Not all purchases are eligible for return, and all sales are considered FINAL except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated below.

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unopened, unused, uninstalled, and in new, resalable condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, hardware, and documentation included.
- A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be obtained from Sun Brite Supply before any item is returned, and must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping carton.
- Returns must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping, freight, and carrier costs.

Returned merchandise is inspected upon receipt. Any item showing signs of installation, use, damage, missing components, altered packaging, or any condition that prevents resale as new will be rejected and returned to the customer at the customer's expense, at Sun Brite Supply's sole discretion.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Opened chemicals, sealers, stains, cleaners, detergents, or other liquid products.
- Electrical components including motors, transformers, igniters, burner assemblies, switches, circuit boards, and similar items.
- Custom-built, made-to-order, or special-order products.
- Books, manuals, printed materials, and software.
- Gift cards.
- Clearance or sale merchandise.
- Any item that has been used, installed, modified, damaged, or is missing components.
- Opened hazardous or regulated materials that cannot legally be reshipped.

Store Credit Terms
Approved returns are issued as store credit only, at Sun Brite Supply's sole discretion, less a 10% inspection/restocking fee. Store credit:
- Is not redeemable for cash and will not be refunded to credit cards, PayPal, or any other original payment method, except where required by law.
- Is valid for four (4) years from the date of issuance, consistent with Maryland law.
- Does not include original shipping charges, which are non-refundable.

Order Changes & Cancellations
We begin processing orders immediately to provide fast shipment. If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact us immediately. Approved cancellations before shipment will be issued as store credit under the terms above. If an order has already shipped, standard return procedures and shipping responsibilities apply.

Custom & Special Orders
Custom-built equipment, made-to-order products, and special-order items require a non-refundable deposit of 50% at the time of order. These items cannot be canceled once production or procurement has begun, and are non-returnable.

Product Information & Professional Use
Many products sold by Sun Brite Supply are commercial or industrial products intended for professional contractors and trained users. Purchasers are solely responsible for determining suitability for their intended application and for using all products in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and all applicable laws and safety standards.

Warranties
Sun Brite Supply does not manufacture the products we sell. Except where required by applicable law, all warranties are provided solely by the original manufacturer. Sun Brite Supply makes no independent warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, beyond what is provided by the manufacturer. We will assist customers in submitting manufacturer warranty claims but bear no independent warranty obligation.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sun Brite Supply, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use any product, including but not limited to property damage, labor costs, downtime, lost profits, or loss of business, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In all cases, Sun Brite Supply's total cumulative liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise), except where prohibited by Maryland law.

Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are online-only prices and apply exclusively to purchases made through our online store. All prices, including previously quoted prices, are subject to change at any time without notice due to manufacturer increases, supplier costs, freight, tariffs, market conditions, availability, or typographical errors. No order is accepted until reviewed and confirmed by Sun Brite Supply. If we cannot fulfill an order at the displayed price due to error or market change, we will contact you to confirm the updated price or offer the option to modify or cancel before any charge is finalized. Sun Brite Supply is not liable for pricing or typographical errors and reserves the right to correct them and cancel any orders arising from such errors.

Sales Tax
Maryland sales tax is collected where required by law. Customers outside Maryland are solely responsible for any applicable sales or use tax owed to their local jurisdiction.

International Orders
We do not accept international orders or ship products overseas.

Minimum Order
The minimum online order is $40.00.

Governing Law
These policies are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where superseded by federal law.
