Elbows

Elbow fittings turn a high-pressure line 45 or 90 degrees to route hose and pipe around tight equipment layouts. Sun Brite Supply stocks brass, steel, and stainless elbows — including street elbows and reducing elbows — for pumps, manifolds, and plumbing on pressure washing rigs. Gaithersburg, MD.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between a standard elbow and a street elbow?

A standard elbow has female threads on both ends. A street elbow has male threads on one end and female on the other, so it threads directly into another fitting without a nipple between them — handy in tight spaces.

How do I pick the right material?

Brass and stainless resist corrosion from chemicals and hot water; zinc-plated steel is the economical choice for cold-water high-pressure plumbing. Match the thread size (1/4", 3/8", 1/2" NPT) to your fittings.
