I-MEG vane nozzles thread into 1/4" MEG spray bars and surface cleaner arms. The internal vane spins the water before it leaves the orifice, which spreads the fan more evenly across its width than a plain flat tip - you get a cleaner edge and less striping on concrete.
Reading the number
The part number tells you everything. On a 1502, the first two digits are the spray angle in degrees (15) and the rest is the orifice size (2.0). A 25025 is a 25 degree fan with a 2.5 orifice. Match your existing nozzles or size up from your machine's flow.
- 15 degree and 25 degree spray angles
- Orifice sizes 2.0, 2.5 and 3.0
- 1/4" MEG thread
- Internal vane for even fan distribution
Replace nozzles as a matched set on a surface cleaner. One worn tip in a pair throws the bar off balance and leaves a stripe.
