1/8" MEG Nozzles

Stainless steel 1/8" MEG nozzles for spray bars, surface cleaner arms, gutter wands and any fixed plumbing that takes a 1/8" MEG thread. Stainless holds its orifice shape far longer than brass, which matters on a nozzle that runs all day.

Reading the number

The part number is the spec. On a 2504, the first two digits are the spray angle in degrees (25) and the rest is the orifice size (4.0). A 0 degree tip is a pencil jet with no fan at all.

Picking the right orifice

Orifice size sets the flow at a given pressure. Too small and you starve the bar and spike pressure; too large and you drop pressure and lose cleaning power. Divide your machine's GPM by the number of nozzles on the bar to get the flow each tip needs to pass, then size from there. Replace all tips on a bar at once - a worn tip passes more water and steals pressure from the rest.
