1/8" MEG Stainless Steel Nozzles - Threaded Tips for Surface Cleaners & Spray Bars

1/8" MEG (male pipe thread) nozzles are fixed-orifice stainless steel tips built for surface cleaners, duct spinners, and other pressure washing accessories that use 1/8" threaded connections. Unlike quick-connect tips, these thread directly into your spray bar or manifold - no adapter needed.

We stock these in 0°, 15°, 25°, and 40° spray patterns with orifice sizes ranging from 2.0 to 10.0. That gives you 56 options to match your exact setup.

How to Pick the Right Nozzle

• Spray Angle: 0° delivers maximum impact for tough stains. 15° gives you a concentrated fan for detailed cleaning. 25° is the go-to for general purpose work. 40° spreads wide for light rinsing and broad coverage.
• Orifice Size: Take your machine's GPM output and divide it by the number of nozzles on your surface cleaner. That tells you the orifice size you need. Running the wrong size restricts flow or drops your pressure - either way, you lose cleaning power.
