Two Wheel Cart for 150, 300 and 450 ft A-Frame Hose Reels
A loaded hose reel is heavy and awkward the second you try to move it by hand. This two wheel cart turns a 150 ft, 300 ft or 450 ft A-frame reel into something one worker can walk to the job. On sites where the trailer parks a hundred yards from the work, that changes the whole day. It beats paying out hose you did not need to pay out.

Getting the Most Out of It on Site
Moving the reel to the work beats dragging three hundred feet of line across a parking lot. Less hose out of the drum means less pressure lost before the gun and far less jacket wear from concrete, curbs and landscape edging. It also means less hose to coil back up when the crew is packing out at dark.
Keep air in the tires. A soft tire under a loaded reel steers badly and puts the whole weight on the axle instead of the tread. On grass, mulch or fresh gravel, drop a board under the wheels so the cart does not sink and tip the reel over. Roll it back and step it down stairs or curbs rather than pulling it up, and let the wheels carry the weight instead of your back.
Common Questions
Which reels will this cart take?
A-frame hose reels in the 150 ft, 300 ft and 450 ft sizes.
How many wheels does it have?
Two.
Why move the reel at all?
Shorter hose runs hold pressure better at the gun and keep the line off rough surfaces, so both your output and your hose last longer.
