Adams Adj Acid Injector

The Adams adjustable acid injector is built for the chemicals that eat ordinary injectors. If you are running hydrofluoric based brightener, rust remover, or masonry acid week in and week out, this is the one that survives it. Adjustable metering means one injector covers everything from a light rust pass to a heavy brightening mix.

Match It to Your Flow

Injectors are sized by machine flow. Get this wrong and it either restricts your pressure or refuses to draw.

• 2-3 GPM for smaller machines
• 3-5 GPM for a standard 4 GPM contractor rig
• 5-8 GPM for high flow production machines

Why Pay More for an Acid Injector

Standard injectors use materials that hold up fine to soap and bleach and then fail fast on acid. The seals swell, the check valve sticks, and you are buying another one mid-season. An acid-rated injector costs more once instead of less three times.

Flush it with clean water after every acid job, without exception. Acid sitting in a check valve overnight is what ends them early.
