PA Adjustable Injector

The PA adjustable injector lets you change how much chemical you are drawing without stopping to swap parts. Turn the knob open for a heavy mix on a dirty house, back it down for a light rinse coat, all from the rig. For crews running several different chemicals in a day, it saves more time than it costs.

Match It to Your Flow

Size the injector to your machine's GPM, not to the chemical. Too small and it restricts flow and drops pressure. Too large and it will not pull at all.

• 1.0-2.0 GPM for small electric and light duty machines
• 2-3 GPM for smaller gas machines
• 3-5 GPM for the standard 4 GPM contractor rig
• 5-8 GPM for high flow production machines

How It Runs

Downstream injector, so it mounts after the pump and draws only when pressure drops at the nozzle. Put on a black soap tip and it pulls; switch to a high pressure tip and it stops. Chemical never touches the pump.

If it stops drawing, check the strainer in the chemical bucket and the check valve before you blame the injector. A clogged strainer is the cause nine times out of ten.
