BK 1-Groove A/B Sheave

The BK sheave is the single-groove pulley used on belt drive pressure washers running one V-belt. It is the standard choice on smaller belt drive setups and on the engine side of plenty of mid-size rigs. Cast iron, machined for a standard bushing bore, and cut to take either an A or B section belt.

Picking Your Size

Outside diameter controls pump speed. Smaller sheave on the pump, faster pump. Larger sheave, slower pump. Replacing a worn one? Measure the old sheave across the outside edge and match it. Building a rig? Set the ratio from your engine RPM and the pump's rated RPM first, or call and we will work it out with you.

Available 3.55 inch through 6.75 inch.

Single Groove or Double

One belt carries less power than two. If you are running a bigger engine or a high flow pump and you keep throwing or glazing belts, you have outgrown a single groove and should move to a 2BK two-groove sheave.
