Every product in this collection replaces one of those wear points with something built for daily commercial use.

Hi-viz guns and ball valves

The Centurion hi-viz spray guns come in a bright housing that is easy to spot in wet grass at 6 pm, with a relaxed trigger design that saves your grip over a long shift. The acid version adds a built-in swivel and seals chosen for chemical duty, which makes it the pick for soft wash and roof crews running sodium hypochlorite through the gun. The 3/8" and 1/2" ball valves do a different job. Mounted between the hose and the gun, a ball valve lets you swap guns or tips under pressure without walking back to the machine, and it doubles as a dead-man backup if a trigger ever fails on a job.

Hose and stainless spring rewind reels

Centurion hose comes in 50' and 100' lengths plus a 300' bulk roll for crews who make their own assemblies and cut out the middleman on every section. The stainless steel spring rewind reels in 50' and 100' capacities take the wet, chemical-heavy life on a trailer better than painted steel, and the spring rewind means the hose gets put away every time instead of living in a pile. Replacement reel swivels in 3/8" and 1/2" sizes are in the line too, which matters because the swivel is the first part of any reel to leak.

High flow pumps, with and without gear reduction

The pump side of the line runs from a 4 GPM workhorse up to 8 GPM units for high production house washing. The 8 GPM pump comes two ways, standard and with a gear reduction drive. The gearbox drops pump speed well below engine speed, the same idea as a belt drive, so the pump runs cooler and lives longer on rigs that wash all day.
